Position Summary:
We are looking for a Capital Markets, Marketing and Sales Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with the capital markets sales team provide data and research that can be used during sales presentations to independent RIAs. The ideal candidate will have strong data and modeling skills, capital markets experience and passion to collaborate. Travel will be required for this position.

What You Will Do:

• Conference support
• Decks
• Materials/swag
• Travel planning
• Presentation planning and preparation
• Customer support and helping with Investor Relations as needed
• Administrative support for the Capital Markets team as needed, travel, event and conference coordination
• Market and industry knowledge, researching and providing real estate, REIT and investor information to the team on a weekly basis.
• Presentation creation will be creating decks and sales enablement tools for the team. Creative, attention to detail and timely creation of these tools will be critical.

Who You Are:

• Two or more years of experience in industry, capital markets, distribution, investment, or real estate.
• Process and result driven

• Strong data analysis and modeling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in related field
• CRM experience, salesforce a plus
